How to Use

  1. Enter the tray's internal dimensions (length, width, height), material thickness, and how many compartments you want.
  2. Click "Generate Drawing" to see the panel layout in the preview.
  3. Download as SVG or DXF and import into your laser cutting software (LightBurn, CorelDraw, Illustrator, etc.).
  4. The outer shell (Bottom, Front, Back, Left, Right) is fully finger-jointed, assemble that first. The bottom panel has a slot for each divider, and each divider is cut slightly taller so its extra length forms a tab. Once the shell is assembled, slide each divider down from the top into its slot — no glue needed.
